Angela, aka $PICY, is a multifaceted artist, open format DJ/turntablist, web developer, and healthcare worker based in the San Francisco/Bay Area.

In 2018, Angela became affiliated as a DJ/artist with No Chance Radio (NCR), a streetwear podcast, artist collective, and events marketing agency aimed at creating platforms for artists who love what they do to share and develop their craft and foster community.

Since then, she’s been supplying good music and vibes at various parties/events all over California and has rocked at everyone’s favorite local bars such as El Rio, Rec Room, and Madrone to larger venues such as 1015 Folsom, The Midway, Crybaby Oakland, and SF MOMA.

Angela’s music taste ranges from hip-hop/RNB/neosoul/oldier to house/trap/electronic/bedroom pop to indie-alternative to videogame 8-bit to meditative frequencies and more.

Additionally, Angela is the web designer for Hawaii DJ School, a DJ program on Oahu that runs under Never Quit Dreaming, a non-profit that provides kids and adults on the autism spectrum extra-curricular activities.
